SOILMEC SM-13

The SM-13E is the latest addition to the Soilmec rigs line. It’s the first electric drilling machine, marking a significant advancement from decades ago. The journey began with the first electrically powered rigs designed for indoor use and tunneling, like the ST-20, ST-60, and SM-5E.

These rigs run on permanent magnet electric motors that use lithium batteries instead of traditional cable power. They also have control inverters. The SM-13E is known for its solid construction, advanced technology, and outstanding performance, raising the bar in construction and geotechnical fields.
