Carbide built for the most challenging applications
M&S Gruseck Triscar conicals are engineered with premium carbide grades and a deeply embedded carbide insert that provides exceptional support and retention within the steel body. Unlike cutting teeth, where the carbide is more exposed or supported by a shallower pocket, the Triscar design surrounds and supports more of the carbide. This helps reduce carbide breakage, chipping, and premature insert loss when drilling in highly abrasive soils, hard rock, and other demanding formations.

TRISCAR conicals and holders
TRISCAR is M&S Gruseck's line of round-shank conicals (pointed teeth) and holders, built for maximum productivity in rock and hard soils. Wide collars protect holders from wear, and durable components mean longer service life and less downtime. The line includes matching installation and removal tools, so your crew can swap tooling fast and get back to drilling.
Wear bars
Hardfaced wear protection strips for augers, buckets, and casings. Available in multiple thickness combinations of steel base and hardfacing, in widths from 20 to 50 mm and lengths up to 1,000 mm. Additional dimensions on request.
Quick Change Teeth
Replace worn teeth on-site in minutes without welding, a torch, or downtime waiting on a fabricator. M&S Gruseck quick-change tools mount to welded holders and can be swapped out with a hammer and punch. Pins are included with every tool. Available in a full range of profiles for casing, augers, drilling buckets, and core barrels.
Hybrid Teeth
Heavy Duty hybrid teeth for large diameter tooling, including the complete MS-FZ80 system with matching holder, screw, and clip. Built to take high crowd forces in hard, compacted ground.
Trench wall cutter tools
Carbide-tipped cutter teeth for diaphragm wall (slurry wall) cutters, in standard widths and left, right, and middle configurations to outfit the complete cutter wheel. Steel and nylon retaining pins are available.
Casing screws
Casing screws for segmental casing joints, covering common casing diameters from Ø460 to Ø1800 in 30, 40, and 50 mm wall thicknesses, plus hex and square drive designs. Additional casing screws are available on request.
