TRISCAR conicals and holders

TRISCAR is M&S Gruseck's line of round-shank conicals and holders, built for maximum productivity in rock and hard soils. Wide collars protect holders from wear, and durable components mean longer service life and less downtime. The line includes matching installation and removal tools, so your crew can swap tooling fast and get back to drilling.

Quick change tools

Replace worn teeth on-site in minutes without welding, a torch, or downtime waiting on a fabricator. M&S Gruseck quick-change tools mount to welded holders and can be swapped out with a hammer and punch. Pins are included with every tool. Available in a full range of profiles for casing, augers, drilling buckets, and core barrels.

Weld-on bars and teeth

These are the workhorses of rotary drilling tooling. M&S Gruseck weld-on bars and carbide-tipped weld-on teeth cover the full range of digging profiles, from flat cutting edges to round-shank bullet teeth. It’s a cost-effective solution for tooling that's replaced less frequently.

Flat teeth

Heavy-duty flat teeth for large-diameter rotary drilling, including the complete MS-FZ80 system with matching holder, screw, and clip. Built to take high crowd forces in hard, compacted ground.

Trench wall cutter tools

Carbide-tipped cutter teeth for diaphragm wall (slurry wall) cutters, in standard widths and left, right, and middle configurations to outfit the complete cutter wheel. Steel and nylon retaining pins are available.

Casing screws

Casing screws for segmental casing joints, covering common casing diameters from Ø460 to Ø1800 in 30, 40, and 50 mm wall thicknesses, plus hex and square drive designs. Additional casing screws are available on request.

Wear bars

Hardfaced wear protection strips for augers, buckets, and casings. Available in multiple thickness combinations of steel base and hardfacing, in widths from 20 to 50 mm and lengths up to 1,000 mm. Additional dimensions on request.

Quick-change tools let crews replace worn teeth on-site in minutes using a hammer and punch. They’re ideal for abrasive conditions where teeth wear quickly, and downtime is costly.
Watch for slower penetration rates, increased crowd pressure, rounded or missing carbide tips, and wear that reaches the tooth body or the holder. Replacing teeth before the holder is damaged is far less expensive than replacing both the holder and the teeth.
Yes. M&S Gruseck manufactures everything in-house, enabling special solutions tailored to your specific application, even if it’s not in the catalog. Send us your requirements, and we’ll work with the factory on a solution.
The right carbide grade balances hardness (wear resistance) against toughness (impact resistance). Highly abrasive soils call for harder grades, while fractured rock and mixed conditions need tougher grades that resist chipping. M&S Gruseck matches carbide sizes to the application to maximize tool life.
