The NEW Tescar CF8B is a boom-mounted drilling attachment that allows for a long reach between the center of the turret and the center of the hole.
The CF8B is provided with a special mast divided into two sections, permitting low headroom work. The ability to mount and remove the attachment kit easily increases the advantage for the contractor to switch from the excavator to the piling rig and back.
This quick installation also allows the operator to run the entire excavator and drill with a remote control from outside the machine. It has 73,000 ft-lbs. of torque and round-locking Kelly bars with 33,700 lbs. of crowd force!
The Tescar CF8B is the largest of the Tescar B-series drilling attachments. There are four attachment sizes available, ranging from eight tons (backhoe loader mounted only) to 40 tons.
The larger of the three kits can be mounted on any applicable size excavator without modifying its original functions. The Tescar B series attachment allows for a wide reach to drill at a considerable distance from the center pillar. This is especially beneficial to have the ability to manipulate the mast for uneven ground conditions.

Thanks to an innovative conversion system design that was developed by Tescar over the years, the drilling attachments are radio remote-controlled, including the excavator functions.
There’s no need to replace the genuine boom of the excavators/ Simply connect the drilling attachment on the first arm (in case of a double-boom excavator) or on the second arm (in case of a triple-boom excavator).
All you need to do is remove the dipper. This lets the operator exploit the original reach of the excavator and drill much farther from the center pillar. Finally, Tescar masts are provided with a hydraulic foot allowing stability for every working condition.
